When is the sea trip confirmed depending on the weather conditions?
The captain checks the latest weather report on D-1 of the exit at 4 p.m. If the trip is canceled, you will receive an SMS or an email and a refund of the entire amount of your reservation.
Are there toilets available on board ships?
We inform you that each of our ships has toilets available for passengers.
Are seats on the ship allocated upon reservation?
Placement on ships, and all sea walks is free.
How long before departure should I present myself for boarding?
In order to collect the ticket corresponding to your reservation at the ticket office, and to board the ship, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the departure time mentioned on your reservation.
Where is the boarding platform located?
Departure is from the Port de la Santé, close to the Gare Maritime and the Wilson Parking. When you come to scan your ticket at the ticket office at 7 Place Wilson – 06230 Villefranche-Sur-Mer we will guide you to the platform.

Can I access the boarding point by public transport?
The boarding location is located at the Gare Maritime de Villefranche-Sur-Mer at 7 Place Wilson which is accessible by:
  • TER train and 15 minutes on foot (schedule)
  • Bus with lines 15 Nice/Saint-Jean (timetable) and 607 Nice /Monaco (schedule) « Octroi » , stop and 10 minutes walk.

Walks

Is it guaranteed to see dolphins on each 'Meet the Dolphins', outing?
Navigating in the Pelagos Sanctuary, we are fortunate to be able to frequently observe this cetacean since we have been carrying out this excursion. However, as the Meet the Dolphins, trip is carried out in a natural environment, we cannot guarantee the observation of dolphins on each outing, if no observations are made on the day of your outing, your ticket will be valid again on another date of the season.
Does the 'Meet the Dolphins', walk respect the preservation advice of the Associations fighting for the preservation and respect of the marine environment?
We follow the recommendations of these associations by having a 100 m approach to large cetaceans, and by reducing the speed of the vessel with an approach respecting mammals when an observation is carried out.
Does the coastal walk to Monaco include a stopover in Monaco?
The coastal walk to Monaco departs from and returns from Villefranche-Sur-Mer. It does not include a stopover in Monaco.
In what language are the comments during the walks made?
For our coastal walks (Discovery of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula and Monaco) the comments are in French and English. For our Meeting the Dolphins , walk, the ethologist Philippe Maurt, carries out the observations in French but a document in English is available on board.

Can I bring something to eat on board?
We confirm that food is allowed on board ships.
Am I allowed to smoke/vape on ships during sea trips?
We inform you that smoking or vaping is prohibited on the ships. We inform you that the ships are non-smoking.
Are dogs allowed on board?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation date.
Do the ships have covered seating?
Each of our ships has a number of covered seats.
If I am late for boarding, what should I do?
The departure time of the walks is fixed and the ship departs at that precise time. No waiting can be done in the event of a delay.
